Custom in-ground swimming pools and landscaping

Stone Canyon Landscape & Design inc. builds custom vinyl pools with steel panels. The steel panels are crafted from 14 gauge G-235 Galvanized Steel, making the strongest panels available possible. The 
panels have a full 5” top flange on both the straight and curved walls. Vertical supports, installed approximately every 2’6”, and large horizontal supports provide the most stable panel available. All of the bracing systems are constructed using the same strong steel as the pool panels. We have a possibility of up to 30 vinyl liners, which our clients can choose from. The steel panels and vinyl liners are manufactured by a Canadian company in Mississauga, ON. This allows Stone Canyon a minimal wait for the pool kit to be manufactured, and allows us to start the project a lot faster than most companies. Our landscape products are all materials produced from Canada as well. Our stone supplier is located in Oakville, ON, and supplies many types of natural stone to manmade stone products. In-ground swimming pool fill-ins
Here at Stone Canyon Landscape & Design inc. we offer a special service which allows you to remove an existing swimming pool completely from your backyard. As an existing pool owner, we are sure that you have enjoyed you’re in ground swimming pool to its full potential over the years. Many of our customers feel that their swimming pool has lost its luster of excitement and beauty since it was first designed and constructed. 
Stone Canyon will remove the water, vinyl liner, steel panels, and concrete deck. We then break up the concrete floor to allow for future water drainage. After all appropriate materials are removed, Stone Canyon trucks arrive with engineered clean earth to fill in the remaining hole, which was once the swimming pool. The yard is then re-graded and either new sod is laid, or a whole new landscape design can be created for your backyard. Filling in a swimming pool is a quick and easy solution to an old swimming pool or one which is not wanted any longer. Any swimming pool can be filled in, from vinyl to concrete swimming pools, from 1 year-old pools to 30 year-old pools.

Swimming pool and specialty excavation
Stone Canyon Landscape & Design inc. has one the most experienced and professional excavation divisions in south western Ontario. We have been excavating in ground swimming pools for more than 25 years for many of the largest swimming pool companies around the GTA. From tight accesses, unstable ground, excavating in rock bed, to excavating swimming pools on water tables, we have seen every possible situation and can solve all of them. We excavate not only for ourselves, but also for pool companies and private customers who decide to take on swimming pool construction themselves. We provide all machinery with operators, trucks and drivers, as well as an experienced excavation shaper to keep the excavation at the right grade and right shape and size. We have many dump sites around the GTA which allows us to be quick and efficient. Most swimming pool excavations take less than a day to complete. We are known to be fast, accurate, and clean on our excavation sites.

Custom landscape design and site management
Stone Canyon Landscape & Design inc. has a young, enthusiastic and experienced design team. Not only is this a job for our designers but it is also a hobby which they enjoy. From low maintenance to high maintenance designs, we put pride in our designs and planning. Stone Canyon strives to create a relationship with the customer to ensure that the design will not only suit the piece of property but the personality of the customer as well. We provide a detailed construction drawing, with labels, measurements, plant lists, and scale. We also provide a final presentation drawing in full color. 
All of our designs are drawn on a professional landscape design program. They are very accurate and legible for construction crews to complete the project. After the design is completed for our customer, we also can provide an experienced “site sitter” to oversee the project and make sure all features of the design are completed to Stone Canyon Landscape & Design inc. standards. The “site sitter” will also make sure the project is being completed at a reasonable time, and will update the client to the progress of the contractor, completing the project.
